Consulting Center, Ltd. "Foundation for Social Projects" renders consulting services under preparation and holding of competitive biddings, comprehensive management in the frames of investment projects and personnel training in the field of the World Bank procurement and disbursement rules and procedures.

The Consulting Center is a successor of the Rostov Regional Foundation for Social Projects, which within 1996-2003 fulfilled on behalf of the Rostov Oblast Administration the functions of the World Bank and Global Environmental Facility Project Implementation Unit.

Consulting Center, Ltd. "Foundation for Social Projects" is involved into the following main activities:

1. Preparation and implementation of projects, including international ones

development of projects' concepts and investment memorandums;

assistance in attracting of grants and loans of the international financial organizations;

expert assessment of investment projects;

environmental impact assessment;

complex multi-component projects management;

procurement management;

planning and reporting;

preparation of bidding documents in compliance with rules and procedures of the World Bank and the Russian legislature.

2. Arrangement and holding of competitive biddings (national and international)

preparation of procurement plans;

preparation of detailed project implementation schedules;

study of potential bidders' market;

assistance in contract preparation and negotiations;

contracts management.

3. Personnel training

demand for training assessment;

training strategy and schemes;

training conduct.

Currently the highly qualified staff of Consulting Center act as consultants in the field of management, procurement and disbursement under three projects of the World Bank and Global Environmental Facility - "Municipal Water and Wastewater Project", "Reduction of Nutrients Discharge and Methane Emissions in Rostov-on-Don Project", and "Public Administration Development in the Regions of the South Federal Okrug".

Total volume of the implemented projects and projects under implementation exceeds RUR 3,4 milliard.
